Make sure the tyre is clean and dry before packing. You can post it in a padded envelope or a small box. Include a note with your:

number of tubulars you are sending
When we receive your tubular, we will repair it and return it by post. Standard turnaround time is three to five working days.
Return postage is added at cost. If you need quicker turnaround, contact us and we will do our best to help.
We recommend sending via tracked post for peace of mind.
