Cycling Coaching

Our cycling coaching programme is designed to help riders develop strength, technique and confidence in a supportive environment. Coaching is available for road and track, with structured sessions adapted to your goals and experience.

Whether you want to race, complete your first sportive, improve your handling or simply enjoy your bike more, we offer clear guidance and practical training that makes a difference.

Coaching Includes

  • personalised training plans

  • on-bike coaching sessions

  • track and road skills

  • pacing, cornering, sprinting, climbing

  • strength and conditioning suggestions

  • feedback after every session

Riders can work one-to-one or as part of small groups. All sessions are friendly, inclusive and designed to build confidence as well as performance.

Locations

Training takes place at:

  • local roads and club routes

  • Sundrive Velodrome
