Description
A Pendleton Initial aluminium road bike frameset in a striking metallic blue finish, complete with matching fork and fitted headset.
The frame uses a compact/sloping road geometry and is a relatively small size. From the measurements shown in the photographs, the seat tube is approximately 40 cm / 16 inches, measured from the centre of the bottom bracket towards the top of the seat tube. The top tube measures approximately 48–49 cm in the photographed measurement.
The frame features the large Pendleton script logo on the down tube, Initial graphics on the top tube, and distinctive rainbow-band detailing on the frame and fork.
It has conventional rim-brake fittings, rear derailleur hanger, bottle-cage mounting points and cable guides, making it a straightforward basis for rebuilding into a road, fitness or commuter bicycle.

Condition: Used.
There are scratches, marks and paint wear consistent with previous use and storage, particularly around the top tube and other contact areas. The decals and overall metallic blue finish remain presentable. Please use the photographs as part of the condition description.
The frameset is being sold exactly as pictured. Components such as bottom bracket, seatpost, stem, drivetrain, brakes and wheels are not included.
Because bicycle sizing varies between manufacturers and frame geometries, buyers should compare the photographed measurements with a suitable existing bicycle rather than relying solely on the nominal frame size.

This is a nice little frameset and the metallic blue looks considerably better in person than you might expect from what was originally a relatively accessible bike. I particularly like the Pendleton graphics and rainbow detailing. It has a few marks from use, but as the basis of a small road or commuter build there’s plenty of life left in it.
