Sorcha Rosa is a writer, cyclist, queer feminist, public speaker, and independent companion based in Dublin.
Through Simply Sorcha, she has built a growing international platform exploring intimacy, politics, cycling culture, aesthetics, identity, and the messy realities of modern trans life in Ireland and beyond.
Part activist. Part romantic. Part contradiction.
Always unapologetically human.
Once a full-time elite cyclist competing internationally across road and track disciplines, Sorcha’s life has since evolved far beyond the world of sport alone. Today, her work exists at the intersection of conversation, companionship, nightlife, queer culture, political commentary, and personal storytelling.
For years, Sorcha balanced multiple worlds separately: sport, activism, intimacy, craftsmanship, public life, and survival.
Simply Sorcha became the place where those worlds finally stopped pretending not to know each other.
Alongside her writing and companion experiences, Sorcha remains deeply connected to cycling culture through Arcane Cycling Team and the Bicycle Design Centre — projects rooted in inclusivity, creativity, independence, and the belief that sport should belong to everyone.
Her political work focuses especially on queer feminism, trans visibility, bodily autonomy, healthcare justice, and challenging the expectations placed on women and marginalised people online and offline.
But beyond politics, Simply Sorcha is ultimately about connection.
Some people arrive through activism. Others through cycling, writing, curiosity, attraction, companionship, or chance.
What they find is someone interested in conversation, atmosphere, emotional honesty, and creating spaces where intimacy and identity no longer have to live separate lives.
From Dublin and beyond, Sorcha Rosa continues to build a world shaped by aesthetics, conversation, companionship, politics, and the radical act of being seen fully.
